Founded in 1999, Shanghai YCT Electronics Group Co., Ltd. is deeply engaged in the fields of automobile, industry and electric power. It is a well-known agent of active and passive components and a provider of in-vehicle entertainment and navigation solutions in China. At the same time, based on years of understanding in the field of automotive electronics, the company has established a professional team of automotive power management chips to develop the R&D and sales business of automotive power management ICs.

The company is headquartered in Shanghai, it has offices in Beijing, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Tianjin, Chongqing, Nanjing, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Foshan; it has subsidiaries in South Korea, Singapore and other places, and its sales network covers the Asia-Pacific.

The group currently employs more than 600 people, including about 450 people related to the agency business of electronic components, and more than 150 people related to IC chip research and development, program design and business.
