Customer Service Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist sales staff to maintain good customers;

2. Input, check, organize and archive orders;

3. Organize customer orders, customer needs, reply to delivery dates and arrange shipments in a timely manner;

4. Do a good job in checking customer accounts and follow up on the collection of customer payments;

5. Assist the company in after-sales service.

Job requirements :

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above;

2. Computer level 2 or above, English level 4 or above is preferred;

3. Proficient in using Office software;

4. Clear organization and good at communication.
