On March 15, the School of Electronic Engineering and Automation of Guilin University of Electronic Technology held a unique lecture in the auditorium of Huajiang Campus, with the theme of "Career Planning Guidance and Employment and Entrepreneurship Lecture". Huang Kai, a 2009 alumnus of our company, was invited to be the keynote speaker of the lecture. The lecture attracted the active participation of the college counselors and 509 students of the 2021 class, who discussed and planned their future career paths together.
With the theme of "Development Trends and Talent Demands in the Electronic Information Industry", Mr. Huang Kai analyzed the current market situation, technological frontiers and future trends of the electronic information industry in an easy-to-understand manner. He emphasized that in this ever-changing industry, students not only need to have a solid professional foundation, but also need to constantly learn and master new technologies to improve their comprehensive quality. At the same time, he also shared his growth experience in the company to encourage students to actively face future challenges.
In the lecture, Mr. Huang Kai also explained in detail the key links in the job search process, including resume preparation, interview skills, career planning, etc. He reminded students to clarify their career goals and development directions when applying for jobs, and choose a suitable position based on their own advantages and professional background. At the same time, he also used case analysis to let students more intuitively understand the precautions and coping strategies in the job search process.
